Authority and acceptance
By creating an account or using Severus, you agree to use the service in accordance with these terms and applicable law. If you act for an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to manage the account or accept the applicable agreement on its behalf.
The service
Severus provides approval, operations and related software features. Available functionality depends on the configured workspace and deployment. Production scope, implementation responsibilities, service levels, support, integrations and any professional services are those stated in the applicable written agreement; they are not inferred from an illustrative product walkthrough.
Customer responsibilities
- Keep accounts, credentials and approval devices secure.
- Configure roles, policies, payment instructions and approval authority accurately.
- Upload only information your organisation is authorised to process.
- Review material decisions and provider outcomes before relying on them.
- Do not bypass access controls, interfere with the service or use it for unlawful activity.
Automation and external services
Snape can prepare and coordinate work through configured permissions and gates, but your organisation remains responsible for its policies and reserved decisions. Payment, identity, communications and other external providers operate under their own terms. A recorded provider response is not a guarantee that an external action can be reversed.
Fees, term and changes
Fees, taxes, billing cadence, renewal, cancellation, refunds and any trial period are stated at checkout or in the applicable order form. The public pricing page intentionally does not invent these commercial terms. Material changes to a signed customer arrangement require the process in that arrangement.
Data and confidentiality
The privacy notice describes product-level data handling. Confidentiality, security, subprocessors, retention, deletion, international transfers and return of customer data are governed by the applicable agreement and law. Each party must protect the other's confidential information with reasonable care.
Suspension and termination
Access may be restricted where needed to address security risk, unlawful use, material breach or non-payment, subject to the applicable agreement and law. Termination, export access and deletion timing follow the applicable order form and data-processing terms; this page does not promise a universal window.
Liability and governing terms
Warranties, liability allocation, indemnities, dispute process and governing law are those in the applicable signed agreement. Nothing on this page excludes or limits a right or liability that applicable law does not permit the parties to exclude or limit.
