Acceptance
By creating an account or using Severus, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you're creating a workspace on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.
The service
Severus is a software-as-a-service approval workflow platform. We provide it on a best-effort basis; uptime targets and support SLAs depend on your subscription tier and are described on /pricing and in your subscription agreement.
Acceptable use
- You will not use Severus to facilitate transactions that violate Nigerian or applicable international law.
- You will not attempt to circumvent rate limits, plan-tier gates, or audit logging.
- You will not upload content (in attachments, comments, or fields) that you don't have the right to share.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of disbursement instructions and bank details you provide.
Fees & cancellation
Subscription fees are billed in advance, monthly or annually. You can cancel from /settings/billing and retain access through the end of the paid period. Refunds for partial periods are at our discretion.
Liability
Severus is provided as-is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is capped at the fees you've paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Termination
Either party can terminate with reasonable notice. We will give you at least thirty days to export your data after termination before deletion, except where law requires immediate purge.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes are heard in the courts of Lagos State.
