Snape can prepare and coordinate routine work, while permissions and approval gates keep accountable decisions with the people responsible for them.

Start with one bounded workflow. Map the authority chain, required evidence, exceptions, integrations and retention needs. Agree the production scope in writing, then expand only after the operating trail has been reviewed by the people who own the process.
