- Can I switch plans later?
- Yes, any direction. Upgrade or downgrade in Settings → Billing. Your approval chains, audit trail, and integrations carry over unchanged.
- What payment provider do you use?
- Severus is provider-agnostic at the integration layer — your existing payment rail (ZainPay, Paystack, Flutterwave, or your own bank gateway) plugs in. Disbursement happens on rails your finance team already uses.
- How long does setup take?
- Most teams are running their first approval the day they sign up. Configure document and expense types in 10 minutes; build your reviewer chain templates in another 10. Bulk-import historical requests anytime.
- Where is my data hosted?
- Frankfurt and Lagos regions, with at-rest encryption and TLS in transit. We don't ship data outside your home region without your explicit approval. NDPR-compliant by default.
- What happens to my data if I cancel?
- You keep export access for 90 days post-cancellation. Full audit trail download in CSV or PDF. After 90 days, data is purged on a 30-day rolling delete unless you request retention.
